If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Gratec Healthmall makes it easy for you to return your items and receive a refund. To create a return, simply follow these easy steps. 

All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Don’t forget to keep your invoice with you.

 

Return policy guidelines

 

• You can initiate a return within  7 days for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.

• When returning an item, keep all seals, tags, and accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.

• You can request a return if you have changed your mind about an item.

 

Please note that items must meet Gratec Healthmall's return policy guidelines to be eligible for a refund. Gratec Healthmall is committed to accepting returned products in line with applicable consumer protection legislation and guidelines.

 

 Return Timelines 

 

I. Return Pick-up Timeline:

The return pick-up time starts from the day you request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associates retrieves the item that you would like to return. These timelines also apply if you are dropping your returns at one of our STOCKIST CENTER. You can create a return online.

 

Once the return is created, please note that:

 

If you have chosen to return your item(s) to a Gratec Healthmall stockist center:

Please drop off your item(s) as soon as possible. Your return request will be canceled if the package is not dropped off within  3 working days following the return creation.

 

If you have chosen to have our delivery agent pick up your return item(s) from your delivery address: please be aware that our agent will contact you within 1 to 4 business days to schedule a pickup. If the items are not picked up within two attempts, your return request will be canceled.
