Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Rules for Gratec Healthmall:

  1.  Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours after placing the order before the order is processed for shipping..
  2. Only orders that have not yet been processed for shipping or have not entered the shipping phase are eligible for cancellation.
  3. : Customers must request order cancellation through the online platform or customer service channels provided by the Gratec Healthmall. Cancellation requests made through any other means may not be honored.
  4. Customized or Personalized Orders: Orders for customized or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Customers will be notified of this exception at the time of order placement.
  5. Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation of an order, refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the refund policy and banks.
  6. Customers will receive confirmation of their order cancellation via email or through the online platform. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request has been successfully processed.
  7. The Gratec Healthmall reserves the right to refuse order cancellations in exceptional circumstances, such as instances of suspected fraud or abuse of the cancellation policy.
  8. Changes to Cancellation Policy: The Gratec Healthmall reserves the right to update or modify the order cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
